Kinetic and programmed art in San Martino di Lupari
On the last Saturday of the month, the MACUA museum is open for tours in the afternoon!
Few people know that in San Martino di Lupari, in the Alta Padovana, there is the first and probably only Italian museum dedicated tooptical, neo-constructivist, kinetic and programmed art. It is MACUA, Museo civico d'Arte Contemporanea Umbro Apollonio (Umbro Apollonio Civic Museum of Contemporary Art). Its history is among the most incredible, and the venue is also quite unusual: the town hall of San Martino di Lupari! The museum is open on the last Saturday of the month from 3 to 6 p.m., with a guided tour at 3:30 p.m. On other days you can see some of the works during the opening hours of the town hall.
Next date.
