Salami Festival

The historic center of Cremona will host stands of specialized producers who will give the public a chance to taste and buy salami within a mouth-watering gastronomic itinerary! The event will also include side events that will highlight the history and culture related to the world's best-known and best-loved sausage. There will be guided tastings, cooking shows, competitions between farmhouses, entertainment and workshops dedicated to children.
