The Water Walk will take you inside the living history of Masseria Zuvinu and Fiumara Assi, following the path of the water that for centuries fed mills, oil mills, vegetable gardens and entire rural communities. We will walk among citrus groves, ancient jazzi, transhumance courtyards and agricultural artifacts, discovering how water was the real engine of the local production system: "the water of the fiumara is diverted... it guided the water to the mill of Zuino... until it reached the rapid of the oil mill driving the water wheel."
