What we are going to do
At the dairy, you will witness the processing of cream surfaced from milk to become butter. Each of you will have the opportunity to make a small block of butter. In addition, the night before the dairyman will have rested the yogurt, and in the morning we will pot it together, choosing the flavor we like best. Followed by a yogurt snack for everyone.
