During the guided tour in our fields I will explain in more detail what kind of fruits we grow and their health benefits (blueberries of 5 different varieties, yellow, red, orange and black raspberries, Japanese grapes, blackberries, currants, goji berries, Siberian blueberry). I will then tell you about how the harvesting phase takes place: at our place it is completely manual, but recently we have been equipped with a mechanical tool that helps us during the major production phases.

This will be followed by a quick explanation of the care of these plants, when they are pruned, how they are fertilized, after how many years they are replaced. We will also talk about the importance of anti-insect and anti-hail structures (with the possibility of viewing them directly in the fields) and the difference between pot and field cultivation (in the fields it will be possible to view both solutions).

At the end of the visit we will return to the refreshment area; here I plan to organize tastings of our poducts, explaining the differences between: smoothie, nectar and extract, compote and jam. We will have a tasting of different types of local honey and brief explanation of the importance of bees in our farm.
