What we are going to do

A few kilometers from the cities of Milan and Brianza lies an area in which one of the most striking holes of Italian wild flora grows wild: the Narcissus Poeticus. The beautiful, graceful and fragrant white flower enchants the meadows above the village of Caglio in the province of Como from late April until the end of May. A group of volunteers, with the support of Pro Caglio and the agricultural realities of the area are carrying out a project for the recovery of this protected flower that due to the changes in the life on the territory is in danger of disappearing. What is needed

The experience takes place in the mountains, up to an elevation of 1,182 m above sea level, walking on grassy paths, uphill/downhill or in the meadow; therefore, it is necessary to dress appropriately and use footwear suitable for mountain walking. Always check the weather forecast and prepare according to temperature and/or wind. Always bring plenty of water to drink.

The experience takes place in a mountain environment, either on uphill/downhill grassy trails or on a forest road for some sections.
