Is SharryLand like the big international booking platforms?
No, SharryLand is a different story. It is an Italian project dedicated to Italy, especially to the Italy that often doesn’t appear in international showcases: villages, countryside, hills, communities that still live in a direct relationship with the land and with their own traditions. SharryLand is not just a place to book: it is a square, a meeting point between curious travelers and those who safeguard and live the truest territories of our country.
Our vision is driven by a social mission: supporting small local realities, bringing out hidden wonders, giving a voice to those who keep the identity of places alive.
This is the difference that defines us: SharryLand is not a platform that “sells”, but a community that connects, enhances, and tells the story of Italy from another perspective.
SharryLand is a Benefit Society. What it means?
It means that SharryLand has written into its own statute the commitment to have a positive impact on the territories in which it operates. How? By giving voice to the Wonders of the territory, enhancing local identity and knowledge, and creating networks. We want to trigger a virtuous cycle of social, cultural, and economic growth. Together we can counter depopulation, create new jobs, and improve quality of life — in line with the goals of the 2030 Agenda.
