Calabria on Foot: trekking at the Serre Natural Park

The Calabria a Piedi itinerant review, now in its third edition, will take us to 100 places to meet at a slow pace from Aspromonte to Pollino, to get to know the most authentic Calabria accompanied by Environmental Hiking Guides, from the different mountains of the Calabrian Apennines and associated with AIGAE and LAGAP. A multi-voice narrative, through the format conceived and coordinated by Angelo Gigliotti, Environmental Hiking Guide (GAE), in the places carefully selected by the Guides collaborating in the initiative. Events that will keep us company throughout the fall and winter season, every other weekend, until March 22, 2026 for a total of 10 stops. We will visit iconic places that like few can tell the story of the region's rich biodiversity, geodiversity and cultural variety. Through Parks, Nature Reserves, Natura 2000 Network sites, monumental trees, geosites, enduring ruins and villages, and much more.
