Feast of Bigoli, Schissoto and Vin S-Ciaveto
In Lozzo Atestino, the Pasta the Bread and Wine of the Euganean Hills.
This is a festival full of taste and tradition. In the main square of Lozzo Atestino, three typically Venetian products will be presented as they used to be, and as they used to be processed and baked in front of the eyes of the visitors of this beautiful Festa Paesana.
Bigoli made by hand and passed in the "Bigolaro"; Schissoto, a loosely leavened, focaccia-like bread with a very tasty dough that will be baked in a wood-burning oven, all well matched by S-ciaveto wine from the Euganean Hills A covered stand will ensure the festival will be held even in case of rain.
