A jam made exclusively from our sour cherries and with the addition of a small amount of refined cane sugar. 155 grams of the fruit are used to obtain 100 grams of jam. The jam is processed at a low temperature to safeguard the organoleptic and beneficial qualities of sour cherries. It is ideal to spread on bread at breakfast, as a filling or ingredient in tarts and cakes including chocolate-based ones, or to pair with soft-tasting fresh cheeses. We offer our sour cherry jam in 220 g jars.
