How do I know that I have received an order?

You will receive a notification to the email you used to create your profile on SharryLand. You will also receive a notification on the app. Find all orders received in the Reservations and Orders section under "My Pro Activities."

How can I communicate with people who have purchased one of my products?

Enter My Pro Activities go to "Reservations and Orders." Here you will find all individual orders and can access both direct buyer contacts (email, phone number) and direct chat.

A customer bought one of my products, but right now I am out of stock, what can I do?

We advise you first to notify the buyer. If you can no longer supply that product, you must refund your customer. Go into Reservations and Orders and search for the purchase you need to refund. Click in the three-dot menu next to the order and select Refund. The customer will receive a refund within 5-10 business days, on the same card they used to pay.
