How do I know that I have received an order?

You will receive a notification at the email address you used to create your SharryLand profile. You will also receive a notification in the app. You can find all received orders in the Bookings and Orders section under “Manage sales and bookings”.

How can I communicate with people who have purchased one of my products?

Go to Manage sales and bookings and open “Bookings and Orders”. Here you will find all individual orders, and you can access both the buyer’s direct contact details (email, phone number) and the direct chat.

A customer bought one of my products, but right now I am out of stock, what can I do?

We recommend first informing the buyer. If you can no longer provide that product, you must refund your customer. Go to Bookings and Orders and find the purchase you need to refund. Click on the three‑dot menu next to the order and select Refund. The customer will receive the refund within 5–10 business days, on the same card used for the payment.
