Grappa distilled in a bain-marie by discontinuous steam method, made from selected pomace of Sangiovese grapes. A young grappa, perfectly clear and colorless. Once tasted it expresses the aromatic complexity of Sangiovese. On the nose, hints of underbrush are immediately perceived, giving way to a fragrant floral bouquet (violet in primis) and notes of fresh wild strawberries and grapes. On the palate it is fine and round, the final sensation is pleasant and rich in fruity notes. Serving temperature: 12-14 °C. Alcohol content: 40.0% vol.
