Our grapes come from a small estate vineyard located at an elevation of 400 meters where aleatico vines, planted in 2004, coexist with cherry vines more than 50 years old. The vineyard is cultivated exclusively with products allowed in organic farming. The must is made from pure aleatico grapes. The monster flower is separated from the skins at the crushing stage and fermented in stainless steel barrels where it rests for eight months.
