You will enter a world of scents and flavors. We start with extra virgin olive oil from our own production (olivaggio and monovarietals). A "professional" tasting that will make you understand that oil is not "just for anointing," but is a real condiment that enhances each dish. It will then move on to our wines, a tasting to which we are probably more accustomed. It will conclude with some local pecorinos.
