What we are going to do

One of our qualified staff members will guide you through the process of cheese production on a farm: from raising livestock to turning milk into cheese. The primary objective of the visit is to bring a sensitive and interested public closer to the world of agricultural producers, to make them understand how a farm that raises dairy animals and produces cheese works. At the end of the visit, you will be offered a tasting of our products that includes 5 types of cheese, bread, a glass of wine or a bottle of water. All visits are conducted by appointment. From Lasnigo a straight uphill road leads to Ruscone Square. Cross the bridge after the post office and turn right until you reach the small church of Valmorana. Here park the car and drive along the dirt road for about 1 km following the signs until you reach the small rural village of Megna.
